2026 TWINS NIKE RBI COACHES TRAINING

The Minnesota Twins, in partnership with the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport, invite coaches to RBI Coaches Training — a dynamic, interactive experience that blends sport science, mental skills, and practical coaching techniques. Walk away with actionable strategies to boost performance, resilience, and player well-being.

Clinic Details:

Complete your registration by filling in all required fields.

After filling out your own registration:

*Important: Clinic Registration Tips for Adding Additional Coaches:
You will need a full date of birth, email and mailing address for each additional coach.

• Select “Add Another Registration” on the top right of your registration summary page.
• At the “Who are you registering” prompt, choose “My Participant”
• Click “Add a new participant” on the bottom right corner and fill out the profile for the staff member.
• After submitting the profile, select “Register” on the bottom right.
• Continue completing all required fields for that coach.
• Repeat these steps for each additional coach.
• When all registrations are added, click “Complete” on the registration summary page.

Program:

10am-12pm: Center for Healing and Justice through Sport Training

• Brain-Based Softball & Baseball explores the impact of trauma and overwhelming stress on the brain, body, and behaviors of young people. This session provides participants with an introductory understanding of how softball & baseball can be leveraged to help young people heal and thrive. Using a participatory approach, we invite coaches to experience a brain-based environment and get practical about incorporating brain-based approaches to their own coaching.
  

12pm-1pm: Lunch (provided)

1pm-3pm: Baseball and Softball Instruction

• This session will be lead by the Minnesota Twins and their clinician staff. It will focus on technique and skill to prepare coaches for their season on the diamond
