Roving Baseball Coaches Clinics - Hosted by Baseball Ambassador Brian Raabe Baseball
Roving Coaches Clinics
Our Roving Coaches Clinics bring the Twins Community Fund's expertise to your community, teaching coaching techniques across various aspects of the game for new and experienced coaches alike. Clinics are free for communities to host and free for coaches and parents to attend. Funding is provided by the Minnesota Twins Community Fund.
The clinic formats have been designed by Minnesota Twins Community Fund Baseball Ambassador Brian Raabe. A six-time Minor League All-Star and batting champion, Raabe has been a key figure in youth baseball for a number of years as a leader, mentor, instructor and coach. As our Baseball Ambassador, Raabe lends his experience and insight to lead clinics for young baseball players and coaches across Twins Territory.
Clinics last between two and three hours, including time for questions and discussion.
We urge host communities to invite parents as well as coaches, so that parents can understand the techniques and drills that their kids are practicing and help implement them at home. The Twins Community Fund provides all the instruction equipment needed; attendees are asked to bring any materials they need to record notes. The more coaches and parents who attend, the better the young ballplayers in your community will be!
